🕒 Return Window
We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
✅ Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
To initiate a return, email us at info@ampbility.com. Please note: Returns must be approved before being sent. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
📦 Return Shipping
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions for sending the item back to us.
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email info@ampbility.com right away with a brief description and photos. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right—fast.
🔁 Exchanges
Need a different item? The fastest way is to return the item for a refund and place a new order.
For mounting bracket replacements, no return is required—we’ll ship out replacements at no cost once images of the product are received.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable:

EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered to the European Union, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel or return your order—no reason needed. The item must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days minus the return shipping costs and a 5% processing fee
